Well I didnt get my first period until I was almost 16, it was abit embarrassing because my friends would be talking about it but then again its a good thing because I didnt have to deal with it until I reached 16. I was also extremely moody at your age and the best way to handle that is not to take it out on anyone, just try and go off by yourself whenever you feel that way. Hope this helps.
