I want new wheels 17"wide and 8" deep. What's the "official" tire size so i know what to look up online?

Im going to tire websites to look up possible tires for my Mustang. But when i "Search By Size" i get lost. im looking for a simple selection of inches and i get all these "LT Metric" or 225 45 and 17.... all i want to know is if i have a 17" wide wheel that is 8" inches deep. what do i need to select on lets say... Michelin.com in order to find the right tires?
