I need help planning my spa birthdayyy :D (Details below)?

okay so i've been looking around for places and i found a couple but they either are too far or too grownup. im turning 16 and im trying to have a spa bday with a couple of my friends kinda like what they had a libby lu but for older kids. i want it to be a salon and spa. please helppp . i live in maryland. links would be helpful .
