I had a strange dream about my neice what does this mean?

ok the other night i fell a sleep and i dreamed about my one year old neice in the dream she looked completely different she's puerto rican but in the dream she was white with cury blond hair like marilyn monroe she really has brown hair but it's not that cury. anyway my sister and her was at this place and i don't remember everything but she disappeared and i was there trying to find her and my sister didin't care i can't remmeber the rest because i woke up does anyone what it means?
