Need Parents' Opinions Please?

well I think you should be allowed to do some cooking by yourself . Ok with a little help if needed and supervision if you feel you need it. Support is a better word ... But I think the mistake your parents made was inviting the neighbours . This put to much pressure on them to serve up a nice meal. And you got the chop to make a pun. So I think you should go back to the kitchen and cook a nice meal for yourself and you parents only... for a start keep in simple a nice soup to start with then maybe a stake and veg . And do some thing like a trifle for desert ... We all have a bit of a cook inside us . Best of luck
