Non-speaking spanish, but still full blood Puerto Rican?

My parents moved to the states from Puerto Rico before I was born. I am not fluent in spanish, unfortunately. I recently encountered some rasisim towards this and funny looks as if I'm not Latina enough in my looks or in my personality and what not. I grew up only knowing my culture. Anyways, whatever, Point is, have you ever expireienced this or seen this?
